steam scallops with garlic and vermicelli really simple dish, we just want to get themost out the scallops themselves soak the noodles, there mon be vermicelli they are very thin so only need 2 to 3minutes for soaking place those onto a scallop shell, you have got your scallop straight on top and then we are going to make a homemade chili sauce to drizzle over the top. we have got some ginger, garlic, spring onion, coriander, bird's eye chilies


that really add a punch of heat. a teaspoonof chili oil, a tablespoon of hoisin sauce, 2 tablespoons of light soy sauce and a tablespoon of the dark, 2 teaspoons of sugar, a little bit of sesame oil. mix it up and it is ready todrizzle over the top of the scallops. all you need to do now is steam the scallops for a somefull steam from about 3 minutes. scallops are great for a starter. formore tips on how to handle seafood and fish properly, come to the oci.
