all right, now we're going to go ahead, andmake our rice, so we're going to turn on our front burner, to about six, and then we'regoing to put in about a tablespoon of oil, and we're going to move that around, so itcoats the bottom of the pan. i'm going to measure out a cup of rice, and i always liketo pour whatever i'm measuring out into, or over what i'm doing, so if anything spills, like this is doing. then, it's going straight into what we're going to put it in, anyway,so we put one cup of rice, and you generally want to do, a two to one, rice to liquid ratio.we still have some rice in here, so we're going to go ahead, and measure out two cupsof water, like that. normally, we would be adding garlic or salt and pepper, some sortof spices, but what we really want, is for

this rice to be plain, because we're goingto be adding a lot of seasonings, cottage cheese, and eggs, later on, so what we'regoing to do, is we're going to take this rice, stir it up, and we're going to bring it toa boil, and then, once it does come to a boil, we're going to put our lid on, turn our heatdown. we're going to let it cook for about fifteen minutes, or until all the liquid hasabsorbed.
