hey everyone is welcome back to my channel and welcome to a new video in today's video i am doing it some buzzfeed recipes tested that they are all healthy recipes and this is a collab with my friend lea or keep calm and blush on to everyone on olivia's channel my name is leah from keep calm blush on and in my video i'm gonna be showing you


guys three different unicorn at buzzfeed treats so i would love it if you guys came and checked out my video after you watch olivia's probably already know and love her but i believe her video in channel linked below she makes great buzzfeed videos great hack videos like pit bails all those kinds of things she definitely to go learn something from


her if you are new don't forget to hit that subscribe button and your let's get into it okay everyone so the first thing we are making is this french toast so i'm starting off by using 1 cup of almond milk when the recipe is said you can use any plant-based milk and pouring that into a bowl and then i'm throwing in


some of the chia seeds which i think is what replaces the egg in their recipe so i'm using 1 a tablespoon of chia seeds and then we're adding in a dash of cinnamon for a little bit of flavor and then you're going to be stirring that up with a little bit of vanilla extract to you but a little bit more flavor and some maple syrup or a little bit of


sweetness and then you just stir that up and then it gets until it was nice thicker mixture because the gsc is kind of congeal with the autumn milk and it becomes thicker so it's able to stick to the bread a bit more a man i'm dunking in just the bread that i usually eat that i like and i'm dunking it both sides kind of like pushing it down and


kind of got sponge to kind of absorb some the liquid and i'm Cooking, Recipes that over 8 medium a pan and then i just flip them and then i'm going to give this a 7 out of 10 because the mixture didn't really stick well to the toast and it came out a little bit soggy in the chia seeds are a little bit like crunchy but like not in a particularly


good way i don't know but it was still good it's just i wouldn't like the cheesiest image see i can do better with that next up we're making this sweet potato like mashed dish thing and i'm cutting up my stew potato just lengthwise down the middle and you want to try to get two sweet potatoes that are like barely the


same size for Cooking, Recipes that way they cook evenly and they're going to cook the same so you don't like a big one of the smaller get like to medium size and then i'm putting that down on a greased baking sheet facedown want to make sure you do this facedown because they look a lot better that way pop those in the oven and then i'm taking some chickpeas


and some paprika and i'm just stirring that up with some salt and you want to make sure that they're all like mixed together and incorporated and they're like all coated with your spice mixture and then i'm going to be putting that on the baking sheet along with besty potato and we're going to be Cooking, Recipes them at the same time so i did it at 400 for


about 25 minutes but the direction said so that's what i did and while that was Cooking, Recipes i went ahead and chopped up some parsley for some a freshness i think that's like why they put parsley in it and we're going to make this like garlic dip thing with some hummus so you take a couple tablespoons of hummus and you add in your parsley and then you're going to


also add in some lemon juice so i just use a quarter of a lemon and just squeeze that into our little like dip mixture and then you have to add in some garlic or like some fresh garlic i supposed to like the granulated garlic and you just stir that up so i use about a clove and then just mix it all together until you get like a nice thick


herb garlic pick mixture once your soup potatoes are done i went ahead and i put them in a bowl and then i mash the sides a bit to get it a bit loose and get kind of like a mashed potato from the inside and also makes it easier to eat after once you're done mashing up the sides a little bit you can go ahead and put on your garlic mixture and this smells so


good i was so excited and it was so warm that like it melted the mixture you can put your roasted chickpeas in the top which are nice and it crunchy by now and then i also talked about it's a little bit of parsley like they said i'm giving us a 9/10 because guys this looks delicious my favorite recipe in this whole video i would


we make this over and over again i loved it it was so good lastly information was really quick to zoo salad i thought it would be really great for the summer time to make and it's nice and light so i'm using at my spiralizer do you guys have seen these tens of times and i know i love spiralizing and i'm using that spiral


eyes my teeny and then i'm using some grape tomatoes you can also cherry tomatoes this is just what i've got at my grocery store and i'm cutting them in half that you see like the middle part of it if you want to leave them whole you can but i like seeing like the half of it so kind of it gets loose and runny in the salad it kind of helps make a


nice dressing to it so i'm cutting all of those in half and you can cut as many as well as you like i did about 15 and i thought that was good for like three zucchini and then once those are done you can put that on top of your salad and then you have to top it with a little bit of pesto and by the way guys all the recipes will be down in the


description box below i'm topping it with some beet pesto and then it's stirring that up with some tongs to make it all it's incorporated and i like this because it was coming off a rabe pesto like pasta salad because you want the noodles from the zucchini but pesto so it's highly possible it's cold and it's raw so i'm going to the matter of time


because it was really really good but i don't think it's like a meal on its own and we definitely adds up to this our habits on the side of something but it was really good and nice and refreshing and i think will be great cutting into some fun ok guys so thanks for watching if you enjoyed it don't forget to give it a good old thumbs up and leave me a
