hello and welcome to archana's rasoi. all of us are bored Cooking, Recipes the regular vegetables. but if we add some masala's or give it a twist, yes you've guessed it right. today i'll show you how to make kolhapuri, but there is a twist we're going to add paneer in it. for that stay tuned to archana's rasoi. we'll start by adding 1 tablespoon oil and we'll are also going to add butter in it. but first add oil and then butter because when you add butter directly it will get burnt.


this is a tip for you'll. add 2 dry red chilies for tempering, it's kolhapuri so you need that spiciness add half crushed ginger and garlic. add puree of 2 tomatoes. 2 pureed onions. mix them well. add some coriander leaves, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, salt to taste.


1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, mix them well and saute it till nice aroma comes out of it. add 3/4 th cooked vegetables. and capsicum and you'll can cut this vegetables in any shape you want. in addition, i'm adding paneer in this. and if you'll don't want vegetables you can also add only paneer in this, but that will be paneer kolhapuri add paneer


add 1 teaspoon kitchen king masala this gives the dish a nice flavour. some water let the vegetables and paneer cook for sometime. wait for 10-15 minutes. let's see whether its done. yes its done. let's switch off the gas and take it out in a bowl. our veg kolhapuri is ready and you can have it with paratha or naan.
