investigator say it was last saturday just before midnight when mrs. simms was sitting on a bench near west 144th street watching a card game when the 61-year-old was struck by a stray bullet piercing her neck and killing her. it happened because two
fools with weapons chasing another guy and he shoots her. enough is enough community leaders and the loved ones simms leaves behind hoping this sketch of the suspect leads to a break in the case and helps get her killer off the street.
