because that's flavor country right there. one winged butterfly. nee nee nee nee nee. - oh, it's cute. work it around a littlebit to loosen it up. - oh, my. - oh. it's so potent. i just want to like - i want to smell like that all day. chop. chop. already smells like heaven in a second.


- chop, chop, chop, chop, chop, chop. i think i'm going toput garlic in my shoe. doesn't it ward against... - the devil? - vampires? - totally. i'm going to use grape seed oilbecause. just cuz it's good. (beep) that's a lot of oil. put it on like, medium to medium-high.

i'm going to juice thelemon overtop of you so we don't get seeds in. so stick your stump in there and juice it. this works so good. - i like the sounds that the stump makes. - vegan parmesan. la la la la la la. a whole lot of nutritional yeast. we're going to thicken itup with a little bit of arrowroot starch.


- bop bop bop bop bop - get out your blender. you don't have to blend it, but it's going to get allthe chunks all blended up. (belch) (laughs) - i just died and went to food heaven. - mmm. that garlic though. oh. - lactuca urban farm. also, you should follow meon instagram because i like
