[music] whether you're at a ballpark or havinga bite at the local sports bar. nachos are sure to be on the menu, but that doesn't meanyou have to go out to have nachos. tonight, i'm gonna show you how to make easy, mininacho cups. first, i'll make a batch of guacamole. cut two avocados in half, scoop out the pulp,and mash it with a potato masher. then add an eight cup cilantro. cilantro. half a mediumjalapenos stemmed and seeded. one clove of minced garlic. one tablespoon of lime juice.in a good pinch of salt. stir it together, and set aside. then, in a small bowl, toss together a quarter cup choppedcherry tomatoes. one tablespoon of finely shredded cheddar cheese and one tablespoonof thin sliced green onions. now it's time to make nachos. place some tortilla chipson a plate. i love these little scoop shaped


ones for individual bites, but any tortillachip will do. then, add a scoop of guacamole to the chips. and top with a tomato mixture.quick and easy to make, these delicious nacho cups will satisfy any late-night craving.[music]
