how to make honey mustard molasses pork barbecue- easy grilled pork recipe hello and welcome back to in the kitchen withmatt, i am your host matt taylor. this next grilling video, we are going tomake, a bobby flay recipe, it is honey mustard pork medallions on the grill, mmm yummy. it is really easy to do, let's get started. alright for the honey mustard glazed porkmedallions, first what you want to do is get a nice pork tenderloin, so i have one righthere, and now what we are going to do is we are going to take a knife and we are goingto cut it into pieces, about like that size. you can trim off the excess fat if you wantto; i always leave it on for an extra bit

of flavor. and then what you do is you take a malletlike this, and we are going to just go ahead and we are going to just pound this pork down, about like this. all right, just go ahead and put it on a sheetpan. all right and then what we are going to dois we are going to just hit this with some olive oil. i don't measure the olive oil, just go aheadand throw some on there. you can come in here with your fingers andmove it around. and we are going to take some salt, hit itwith some salt, again i don't measure this

stuff, i just lightly throw some on there. some pepper, ground pepper, and some garlic powder. and then what i normally do since there isa lot of oil and stuff on the bottom i is i will just go like this and kind of mix itaround a little bit, just so it gets both sides. all right now the meat is prepped and readyto go on the grill. and now we need to make the honey molassesmustard glaze. all right now for the glaze we are going tostart with a quarter cup of molasses, and then we want a half of a cup of dijon mustard,it is about, about like that much, and then

about a tablespoon to two tablespoons of honey, this doesn't have to be exact this recipe, then i am going to hit it with some salt, and give it a good stir, oh yeah. and there we go, let's go out to the grill. all right so what i did, is i just took thepork medallions; i just put them down on the grill here, and i am going to go ahead andlet them cook for oh about 3 to 4 minutes, and then what we are going to do is we aregoing to take our little honey molasses mix, and just go ahead and baste these, reallywell, awesome. all right and then we are going to let thesecook for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. we will flip them over and then we will bastethe other side, and cook that side.

and these are pretty thin, so they cook prettyquickly, let's go ahead and turn these over. and we will go ahead and get hit this sidewith this. dude this is a nice like brush, hey go away. all right now these ones here on the end aredone. this is my niece elsa; she is here helpingme celebrate my birthday. oh yeah, she is going to go ahead and giveit a try on camera, this is so good, oh my goodness, this is so good. dude, elsa likes it, thumbs up everybody, make them yourself. all right and that is how you make honey molassespork, super amazing, pretty easy to do, tastes

really good, if i can do it, you can do it. i am matt taylor; this has been another episodeof in the kitchen with matt, thank you for joining me, as always if you have any questionsor comments, put them down below and i will get back to you as soon as i can. thumbs up, down in the corner, push it. don't forget to subscribe to my channel andcheck out my other videos, take care.
