hello friends, today we are going to makea very favorite dish of mine which is chicken tenders and to make that we need chicken breastand for marinating it i'm going to take some ginger garlic paste half a teaspoon and somebutter milk which is unsalted, and some salt, and we are also going to use spices, whichis red chilli flakes and some pepper. for crunchiness, we are going to take somecorn flakes.

add little, lot of it. now, dip your chicken nicely. keep it in refrigerator for two hours. in your batter, add some pepper, keep thisaside. now for your crunch, take a zip lock bag,add your and crush them. you can also use your blender but when youuse your blender it get, it gets finely chopped, so i don't, finely crushed, so we need hardcrunch. i using my hands. now, i'm going to transfer my corn flakesmixture into a bowl.


this is how i want my corn nicely crushed. my chicken is marinated and we need to make,we need to dip our chicken in batter and keep it ready to fry. so, i need first my egg, just break it, takea pinch of salt, and give this a nice whisk. take a chicken piece. i'm using my hands. coat it nicely, dip back chicken, then dipit into crunch, dip it back and then mix it nicely and keep it aside. i'm going take my battered chicken and myoil is already hot so take one piece of chicken


at a time and make sure to keep your oil onmedium flame and do not over crowd your chicken. if you do so your oil temperature will dropand your chicken will not be crispy. it'll be soft and oily. and, now you can see that there are so muchof bubbles in my oil indicates that your chicken is still cooking. and do not mix so much. now you can see that bubbles has stopped andyou can see that its coming up. very nice and golden color. it'll take one more minute.


now you can see that my chicken has nicely,crispy goldenish color. chicken tenders are ready to eat and see thisit's nice juicy. hmmmmmm
