[music] hey it's leigh and today i'm going to bemaking baked old bay salmon. the ingredients you need are old bay, a half a stick ofbutter and a lemon. you're going to start off by cutting your lemon in half and squeezing the juice out onto the parchment paper. once you're done with that you are goingto take your butter and sort of just


how to cook salmon in parchment paper, chop it up into little pieces and spreadthat on the parchment paper as well next your going to take your old bay andsprinkle as much or as little as you would like i have the 30% less sodium, but as much or as little as you'd like to be on the underside of your salmon


now, you're going to take your salmon and place it on top of your butter, old bay & lemon juice this happens to to be a huge piece of salmon. now. you're just going to repeat what you did before and squeeze the lemon juice the other half alemon i mean over the salmon and you're going to sprinkle it with old bay youcan be as generous as you like my husband and son love old bay. there's no such things as too much in their eyes. this would have been easier with the spoon rather than shaking all of this out next just cut up your remaining butterand place that on top of the salmon now we're going to put it in a preheated 400 degrees and bake it for anywhere from 15 to 25 minutes depending on the thickness and the size of your salmon
