crazy about this stripe down thing>> please, you look great you big block head>> thanks >> so of course, i'm inspired to do some amazing pumpkin dishes,>> yes >> but that's it, after this weekend no more pumpkin,can we make an agreement to that. >> yes, this weekend its goingto be pumpkin up the jam. [laugh]>> okay, so we're going to do somethingthat i've already done.


>> but it's so good, we gotta do it again. >> yeah!>> it's that pumpkin bread, with butterscotch. >> yes, with the icing that'sdrizzled over the top. >> everybody loves it. okay, so we're going to do that, andthen we're going to get really serious. and we're going to do somethingwith the pumpkin's twin sister, which is very similar to a pumpkin,butternut squash. we're going to do butternut squashrisotto, with roasted chicken and


asparagus. >> wow.>> it's really good. >> that is so creamy, and the squash is->> perfect. >> so soft. >> okay now we're going totake these pumpkins, and i'm going to take those seeds,and i'm going to hull them, and we're going to do some incredible>> veracruz-style shrimp, with a pumpkin seed sauce. unbelievable.>> amazing, amazing, amazing.


>> okay, now i got that shrimp. i'm in the mood for more shrimp. so we're going to do, i'm going tomake some pumpkin cnocchi which is pumpkin dumplings>> and i'm going to mix it with a, creamed shrimp sauce. >> yes.>> it's to die for. >> amazing.>> those little soft pillows. >> pillows of deliciousness. >> yes, what about dessert?


>> well, we gotta do the obvious, the>> classic pumpkin pie. >> yes, yours is very very good. >> well it is good. okay so now, what are we going to drink? >> well, since we're going pumpkin. >> yeah>> why don’t i make, my drunken pumpkin. >> [laugh] good, there’s nothing more i like than a drunkeninebriated jack-o'-lantern [laugh]. >> yeah, and he will be.
