beetroot can help lower blood pressure, boost exercise performance and prevent dementia. ragi /finger millet is rich in calcium and protein and also have good amount of iron and other minerals. grated beetroot 1 cup ragi / finger millet flour 1 cup rava / sooji 1 cup sugar 3/4 - 1 cup cashews 1 tbsp, raisins 1 tbsp cardamom powder, pinch of salt ghee 2 tbsp


heat 1 tbsp ghee in a kadai fry cashews and raisins add rava / sooji and roast until you get nice aroma now add ragi flour and roast well heat ghee in another pan and saute grated beetroot until there is no raw smell now mix rava. ragi and beetroot well. add cardamom powder, salt and sugar mix well and roast for some more time add 1 tbsp ghee if desired no milk is added (can be added by sprinkling while making laddu) keep in low flame
