hi this is dave for expert village and todaywe are making fettuccine alfredo primavera. now we want to prepare our boneless skinlesschicken breast to add into our fettuccine primavera. so we have about a 4 ounce pieceof chicken breast, again boneless and skinless. you can buy these this way otherwise you cando your own that comes with skin. it is a little bit cheaper and to take that off itis really easy to do. what we want to do is
recipe for chicken fettuccine alfredo, cut these into nice bite size pieces. so justgo ahead lengthwise like this and set that apart. just go on down pretty easy to cutand then now we have the nice strips and all we do is turn these into this direction. thencut them into bite size pieces you would like this about right a 3/4 to 1 inch cubes.
