hi welcome to cook with sonali. today i am going to make chilli soya chunks or chili soyabean soya chunks or soyabean both are the same. it has protein content equals to that of meat


recipes for chicken chunks, its reducing bad cholesterol and increasing good cholesterol level in your body. its quick and also easy to cook today i am going to make chilli soya. so let's quickly go through the ingredients.


actually i am using olive oil which is good for health at first boil water in a bowl add salt then add soya and cook it in medium flame for 10-12 minutes. after 10 minutes soya chunks will increase to almost double size. drain excess water and again rinse it with water to remove raw smells. now we need a bowl add soya which is soaked


add little bit salt red chili powder ginger paste and soya sauce mix it well now i will add corn starch mix it nicely. and keep it aside now hit oil in fry pan


once its hot add soya cook till its golden brown and then remove in a bowl repeat the process again add oil once the oil is hot add chopped garlic chopped onion


chopped green chili and saute for couple of minutes. then add ginger paste chopped carrot then i will saute for another couple of minutes. now i will add chopped capsicum and saute for another couple of minutes now time to add all sauces red chili sauce


tomato sauce soy sauce and vinegar now time to add soya now add black pepper powder add little bit of salt according to your taste and cook for 3-4 minutes almost its done chili soya is almost done
