recipes for chicken breast tenderloins

today we're gonna make some hawaiian barbecue chicken maui style now what you need is some chickentenderloins and you can whatever cut you'd like, but i prefer tenderloin whether it's breast or thigh you're also gonna need fresh greenonions it's also a little thing i put in therefor extra taste, fresh garlic

recipes for chicken breast tenderloins, or take my little shortcut and already have minced garlic brown sugar and kikkoman soysauce you can also use cheaper kind if youdon't prefer this or if you'd like a lower sodium alternative. now what you're gonna want to do first is

wash this chicken which i've already done since it gets all of the badstuff off of there. you don't know what has happened in the processing factory. this is about a pound of chicken, maybe a little bit more and i measured out my soy sauce. you can kind of figure a cup of soy sauce per pound of chicken. you can dial that back a little bit if you don't like soy sauce as much then here is about cup of brown sugar. match that with the soy sauce.

then you'll have 3 to 4 cloves of garlic. which i normally do a couple of spoonfuls. and you'll have the green onion. what you will do first what i normally do... take the soy sauce and pour it on there. smells good. smells real good. it's already starting to smell that like chicken. hawaiian chicken. add some of the brown sugar.

then you need to get down and dirty with the meat. rub it all together. rub that brown sugar and soy sauce into the chicken. just add your green onions. add some garlic. i don't normally measure but if you wanted to get technical like i said use 3-4 cloves of garlic. like so. mix it again. and then you want to put it in thefridge

let it marinate for a couple of hours before you cook it. now it's all mixed together pretty good. smells pretty good too. it may not look good on picture but i think that it does. nice color. nice flavor. here we are about an hour later. it's been marinated. looks pretty good now the chicken is turning a nice brownish, gold color. one thing i forgot is we need some ground ginger. normally use fresh ginger, but i got the good ol' ground up in bottle ginger. i don't like ginger as much so i just add...

just a little dash call that good. mix it again and put it back in the fridge and you're ready to grill. chicken is all done. it has been marinated sitting in there for at least an hour and ahalf. what you'll want to do if you're going to grill it. get it over 325 degrees. which this temperature is still climbing, but it is 375 degrees on my grill. i'm using gas. throw it on there and cook it for about 5 minutes. make sure you don't see any pink which will be hard to see because this is kind of gold.

but you'll know when it is done. it will be easy to cut and you'll be set. you can also cook on charcoal, but when you're hungry cook on gas it's a lot better and quicker the barbecue chicken is done. nice gold-brown color and nice glaze on there as well. got the finished product: rice, mac salad, and hawaiian bbq. pretty good day.
